    The Operations Project Manager will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within Clinical Operations while managing the performance of ongoing programs. In partnership with the Senior Director of Operations, this role identifies, prioritizes, and leads key initiatives that drive operational excellence. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and performance tracking while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, Enterprise Business Intelligence, and operational teams to ensure successful outcomes.

    As a successful candidate, you will:

    • Lead end-to-end project management for strategic clinical and operational initiatives
    • Partner with leadership to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and budgets
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned to organizational goals
    • Serve as a key liaison across stakeholders to drive alignment and results
    • Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and overall performance
    • Facilitate communication and provide consistent updates to leadership and teams
    • Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and financial targets
    • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and performance metrics
    • Conduct post-implementation evaluations to ensure outcomes and benefits are realized
    • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies across initiatives

    Your qualifications should include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations
    • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Proven ability to analyze data and develop reports for decision-making
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Microsoft Project preferred)
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
