As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Manager to help lead that journey by driving key projects that bring innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement to life across our operations.
In this role, you'll lead cross-functional projects from start to finish-ranging from product launches and new equipment installations to cost-saving efforts and process improvements. You'll play a vital role in helping teams work together, stay aligned, and deliver measurable results, all while keeping safety, quality, and PBE's mission at the center.
What You''ll Do:
- Manage multiple projects across departments, ensuring they're completed on time, on budget, and within scope
- Lead planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and team coordination from concept through completion
- Champion our stage gate process, ensuring clear milestones and structured execution
- Support initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and strategic growth
- Work closely with departments including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align resources and resolve challenges
- Provide coaching and leadership to individuals and project teams, helping others build project management skills
- Drive change management efforts to support the successful rollout of new systems or processes
- Maintain clear documentation, regular communication, and stakeholder updates throughout each project
What You''ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of project management and change management principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems and formal project tools a plus
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or stage gate methodology preferred
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
