Description

  • Manage K‑12 and Higher Education projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Serve as primary liaison between the owner, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings, track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and negotiate scopes of work.
  • Run OAC meetings and provide clear project status updates.
  • Oversee project delivery, punch lists, turnover packages, and warranty coordination.
  • Mentor assistant PMs, project engineers, and site staff.

Profile

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Strong background managing K‑12 and/or Higher Ed projects.
  • Experience with ground‑up institutional buildings, site development, and MEP coordination.
  • Proficient with project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Strong communicator with excellent organization and client‑facing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
