Project Manager electrical components (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Planning, coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget and according to quality standards
• Coordinating technical activities and ensuring alignment between project requirements and engineering deliverables
• Monitoring project schedules, milestones, budgets and project risks
• Managing project-related communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinating project planning, implementation and validation activities across multiple departments
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures to ensure successful project execution
• Supporting technical change management and ensuring timely implementation of project modifications
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field of study
• Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and industrialization projects is considered an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to coordinate complex engineering activities
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Experience with project planning tools and ERP systems is considered an advantage (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Willingness to business travel
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
