    SummaryOur client is a well-established and highly respected electrical contracting firm based in Southern California (Santa Clarita, CA), specializing in commercial and industrial projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality electrical solutions, they are known for their commitment to safety, precision, and on‑time project execution. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through closeoutDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetReview contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure full project understanding and complianceCoordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless executionLead project meetings, including kickoff meetings, progress updates, and closeout discussionsMonitor project costs, track changes, and manage change orders effectivelyEnsure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and client requirementsProcure materials and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiencyOversee field personnel and collaborate closely with Superintendents/ForemenIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and present regular project status reports to leadershipQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or industrial electrical contractingProven experience managing ground‑up and/or tenant improvement electrical projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and scheduling principlesFamiliarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environmentStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as neededEmployment Type: Full timeLocation: Santa Clarita, CA#J-18808-Ljbffr
