Project Manager, Electrical Position Summary Ross Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage industrial electrical projects with a strong focus on power distribution, instrumentation, and construction execution. This role will serve as the on-site project leader in Pryor, OK, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical electrical expertise and proven project management experience, particularly within oil & gas or similar industrial environments.Key Responsibilities Lead electrical project execution from planning through commissioningServe as on-site Project Manager with daily oversight of construction activitiesManage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with project objectivesReview and approve equipment submittals, including: Medium Voltage (MV) switchgearLow Voltage (LV) Motor Control Centers (MCCs)Motors and associated equipmentOversee installation and construction related to: 4160V and 480V power systemsInstrumentation and controlsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teamsProvide cost tracking, forecasting, and progress reportingSupport and lead commissioning activitiesEnsure compliance with safety standards and quality expectationsMaintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and field personnelQualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred Will consider candidates without PE based on strong project management experiencePMP certification is a plusExperience Requirements 5+ years of electrical project management experience in industrial environmentsExperience in oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial projects strongly preferredDemonstrated experience with: Medium and low voltage power systems (4160V / 480V)Instrumentation and controlsEquipment submittal review and approvalConstruction oversight and field coordinationCommissioning and startup supportKey Skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-driven environmentDetail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and follow-through#J-18808-Ljbffr
