Must Have Skills
8+ years of experience in software engineering. Proven experience in software delivery management. Experience managing a team of software engineers.
Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, or comparable modern tech stacks. Experience with AgileScrum delivery methodologies.
Handson experience establishing CICD pipelines and engineering best practices.

Nice to have skills
Healthcare payerprovider domain experience
Experience with cloudnative architectures (Azure, AWS) Familiarity with AIML integration in software delivery
