Job Title: Project Manager (Engineering)
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Type: 12 month Contract
Compensation: $75.00 - $79.00 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Responsibilities
• Support the Inside Meter Move-Out (IMMO) program, driving program execution and coordination across multiple functions
• Track progress and deliverables, gather updates from stakeholders, and manage reporting and documentation
• Monitor financials and program performance, ensuring project scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met
• Coordinate heavily with scheduling, design, construction teams, gas utilization contractors, and other stakeholders
• Develop project plans, establish communication strategies, and provide day-to-day direction to project resources
• Prepare documentation and status reports, facilitate change management, and oversee project milestones
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including delivering presentations to leadership, updating reports, metrics, and dashboards
• Manage administrative tasks related to the program, including financial oversight and progress tracking
Requirements
• 3-7 years of project/program management experience, with a background in operations or execution-focused roles (up to ~10 years acceptable)
• Strong experience with project/program management, Excel, data analysis, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Self-management, organization, and ability to influence stakeholders effectively
• Technical background in engineering or construction is a plus, with familiarity or mastery of Business Intelligence tools and visualization tools being very desirable
• PMP certification is a nice-to-have, but not required
