Job Description
The Project Manager manages the delivery, installation, run-off and acceptance of Turnkey and Integrated Systems. Project Managers also supervise the activities of applications, mechanical, controls and field service engineers and contract labor force assigned to their projects. They may be asked to evaluate the skill sets of project team members and assign them to appropriate activities based on their skill level.

- Must be able to utilize scheduling software to establish baseline schedule and manage/monitor/update as appropriate. Must understand and manage utilizing critical path concepts.
- Must be able to manage financial budgets and make decisions with consideration of project budget.
- Must possess good communication skills to effectively communicate with customer, project team members and company management.
- Must possess good negotiation skills to reach agreement on and finalize project details.
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all areas of the project as required to meet performance, schedule and cost objectives.
- Direct system and subcomponent specifications.
- Develop a detailed description of system operations.
- Conduct project review and approval meetings with customer and component vendors.
- Coordinate system installation, start-up, and sign off.
- Coordinate and provide system training.
- Initiate invoicing and collection of accounts receivable.
