Position Summary
The Project Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure within a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in project management methodology, guiding teams through structured development processes while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate is a credible, action-oriented leader who earns trust by doing, not just directing — someone equally comfortable presenting to senior leadership and solving a scheduling conflict on the floor.
