We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale defense industry, industrial construction, and equipment installation projects from pre-construction through commissioning and project closeout. This role is responsible for overall project delivery, including commercial management, customer relationship management, contract administration, budget accountability, schedule performance, risk mitigation, and leadership of multidisciplinary project teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex EPC, industrial construction, manufacturing facility, or large-scale equipment installation projects and demonstrate a strong track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
(This position is strictly intended for candidates with EPC, industrial construction, or equipment installation project management experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily in IT, software, telecommunications, financial services, banking, or other non-construction industries will not be considered.)
• Lead and oversee large-scale defense industry and equipment installation projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and commercial performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead contract administration, change order negotiations, claims management, and issue resolution.
• Drive project governance, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of project management experience in EPC, industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, defense industry projects, or equipment installation projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($20M+ preferred) and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong experience in contract management, change order negotiations, claims resolution, and commercial risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
