We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead defense industry and equipment installation projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, budget control, and schedule compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope changes, contractual deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements while driving continuous project improvement.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations for extended periods as required by project needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in defense industry, equipment installation, or engineering/construction projects (Equipment Installation or construction experience preferred).
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required
