We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead defense industry and equipment installation projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, budget control, and schedule compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. (This position is strictly intended for candidates with EPC, industrial construction, or equipment installation project management experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily in IT, software, telecommunications, financial services, banking, or other non-construction industries will not be considered.)
• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope changes, contractual deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements while driving continuous project improvement.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations for extended periods as required by project needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience in EPC, industrial construction, equipment installation, manufacturing facility construction, or engineering projects is required.
• Candidates with backgrounds primarily in IT, software development, financial services, banking, consulting, or non-construction industries will not be considered for this position.
• Demonstrated experience managing field construction activities, subcontractors, site coordination, project scheduling, and cost control in EPC or construction environments is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
