Job Summary

Comcast Business is seeking a highly driven Project Manager 3 to support our National Enterprise Ethernet portfolio. This role is responsible for managing complex customer deployments, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience across large enterprise implementations. The PM3 serves as the central point of coordination and accountability for end-to-end project execution, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams while managing multiple high-visibility customer initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage deployments including Ethernet Private Line (EPL), Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL), Ethernet Network Service (ENS), Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi-Fi, and other strategic National Enterprise Ethernet solutions for large enterprise customers. Strong Smartsheet expertise is critical for project tracking, reporting, workflow automation, and executive-level visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities -

• Manage project timelines and SLA commitments for National Enterprise Ethernet product deployments, ensuring on time delivery.
• Coordinate implementation of EPL, EVPL, ENS, Dedicated Internet, Retail Wavelength, Managed Wi-Fi, and other National Enterprise Ethernet services.
• Utilize Smartsheet to track project milestones, manage dependencies, automate workflows, and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks impacting customer delivery timelines.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Service Assurance, Construction, Order Management, and Field Operations.
• Meet and exceed KPI performance metrics while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate installation, testing, turn-up, and customer acceptance activities for Enterprise Ethernet services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
