They focus on ground-up builds for sectors like retail, entertainment, self-storage, and more. With over 80% of their work coming from repeat clients, they emphasize long-term relationships and trust-driven partnerships.Job DescriptionLead the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up construction projects valued between $1M-$30M.Supervise on-site superintendents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and quality control.Visit project sites as needed (travel about once a month for a few days).MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
