Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage environmental remediation and demolition projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Oversee on-site operations and ensure safety protocols are followed. Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and approving expenditures. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Strong understanding of Code Rule 56 and related safety and compliance regulations. Experience with environmental remediation and/or demolition projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A results-driven mindset with a focus on safety and quality.
