Electrical Project Manager / Estimator | Cleveland, OH

We’re partnering with a well-established electrical contractor in the Cleveland area that’s known for its steady growth, repeat business, and long-standing relationships with general contractors and owners. The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join their leadership team and help manage bids and projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

This is an opportunity to join a financially stable, family-oriented contractor that values integrity, teamwork, and doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical estimating efforts from takeoff through final bid submission

  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change orders from preconstruction through closeout

  • Collaborate with field supervisors and foremen to ensure project goals are met

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope and cost variables

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are upheld throughout all phases

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating

  • Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction

  • Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar)

  • Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and project documentation

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Local or regional candidates preferred
