We’re partnering with a well-established electrical contractor in the Cleveland area that’s known for its steady growth, repeat business, and long-standing relationships with general contractors and owners. The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join their leadership team and help manage bids and projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Lead electrical estimating efforts from takeoff through final bid submission
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change orders from preconstruction through closeout
Collaborate with field supervisors and foremen to ensure project goals are met
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope and cost variables
Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are upheld throughout all phases
5+ years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating
Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar)
Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and project documentation
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Local or regional candidates preferred
Long-term stability with a respected local contractor
