What You'll Do:

• Oversee full-cycle estimating and project management for commercial concrete projects

• Prepare detailed take-offs, budgets, cost estimates, and final proposals

• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

• Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and estimating software for maximum accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with leadership and clients to exceed expectations and drive repeat business

• Manage multiple projects from bid through closeout with a focus on safety, cost control, and schedule

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete estimating, project management, or self-perform concrete environments

• Proven success bidding and managing commercial or complex concrete scopes

• Strong understanding of concrete means, methods, and materials

• Proficiency with estimating tools, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
