Estimator / Project Manager - Commercial ConstructionOur client is a growing commercial contractor with an expanding project pipeline, providing employees with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role in both bidding and delivery. They offer a stable platform with clear progression opportunities.As the Estimator / Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and play a key role in both preconstruction and project execution, ensuring successful delivery from bid through closeout.Lead the full estimating process including quantity take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, and bid preparationDevelop accurate project budgets, cost plans, and value engineering opportunitiesTransition awarded projects into execution, managing all phases of construction deliveryOversee project schedules, subcontractor performance, and cost control to ensure on-time and on-budget completionManage contracts, change orders, RFI processes, and project documentationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholdersDrive collaboration between field teams and office staff to ensure seamless project deliveryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
