What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and competitive bids.
• Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with roadway, asphalt paving, grading, excavation, underground utilities, public works, DOT, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, cost control, and project execution.
• Experience with HeavyBid, AGTEK, Bluebeam, HCSS, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
