Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a
Project Manager / Estimator for an HVAC company in Oklahoma City. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with computers, and capable of assisting with estimating and coordinating projects from the office through the field.We are looking for a dependable candidate who can manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively with field personnel, and help keep projects organized and moving forward.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with estimating HVAC projects and preparing project information
- Review project plans, specifications, and job requirements
- Help prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and project costs
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Communicate with field crews, vendors, customers, and management
- Track project progress and assist with resolving scheduling or material issues
- Use computer programs to manage estimates, project information, and documentation
- Assist with ordering, organizing, and coordinating materials as needed
- Operate a forklift when needed
- Support additional project management and estimating responsibilities as assigned
Requirements- Previous project management, estimating, construction, HVAC, or related experience preferred
- Must be comfortable and proficient working on a computer
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and understand project information and specifications
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with field teams
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Forklift license is not required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
