We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager/Executive with a focus on HVAC in the Construction industry. This role requires a professional with a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale HVAC projects within the commercial and airport construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader who can oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle management, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and closure of HVAC projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects are in line with project objectives.
  • Manage project budget, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure all project work complies with industry standards, building codes, safety laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead project teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
  • Track project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Address issues and risks affecting the project and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent project outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC sector, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management preferred, or related field experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex projects with a high degree of technical competency.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
