Opportunity
Lead fast-moving restaurant and hospitality projects that combine architecture, interiors, technical problem-solving, client leadership, and real project ownership. This role is designed for an experienced PM who enjoys turning brand standards and design ideas into thoughtful, buildable environments.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a technically strong, resourceful Project Manager to lead hospitality and restaurant work from early due diligence through construction and close-out. The role sits at the intersection of architecture and interior design and requires someone who can manage multiple fast-paced projects while staying close to clients, consultants, documentation, approvals, budgets, and the details that drive a successful opening.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Broad ownership. You will manage client, team, consultant, contractor, and vendor coordination rather than owning only one slice of the process.
- Architecture + interiors. The firm specifically values experience leading both architectural and interior design projects, creating a wider design and technical scope than many PM roles.
- Branded experiential work. Projects require thoughtful interpretation of brand and client standards rather than rote application, making judgment and adaptability important.
- Technical influence. You will help resolve building-construction challenges, coordinate landlord and engineering requirements, guide documentation, and navigate approvals.
- Fast project cadence. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys managing several active projects, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders at once.
- Visible client role. Strong client communication and organization are central to the position, giving the PM meaningful exposure and responsibility.
