Project Manager (Fabrication)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager (Fabrication) to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will lead and oversee fabrication projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, updates, and challenges.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
