  • Occasional international travel to Canada and Mexico may be required based on customer locations and project demands.

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support project execution, customer relationships, and on-site engineering oversight.

  • Comfortable working independently at customer sites while representing the organization in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and contribute to research and development initiatives focused on enhancing products, processes, and system capabilities.

  • Lead or support continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with product line management activities, including product enhancements, lifecycle support, and strategic development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvements.

  • Provide technical input and project support for new product development and process optimization efforts.

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of solutions that align with business objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 5 years of engineering design experience, preferably within manufacturing, automation, material handling, or related industries.

  • At least 3 years of project management experience overseeing technical projects from concept through implementation.

  • Strong experience creating, managing, and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support engineering, manufacturing, and project execution.

  • Proficiency with CAD software, including AutoCAD and Inventor, for design development and technical documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
