Job Details

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and construction operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, building codes, and contract administration
  • Ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships
  • Experience working in occupied or regulated environments such as healthcare or government facilities is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
