Federal Project Manager
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Federal Project Manager will oversee federal and public-sector construction projects from award through completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all phases of federal construction projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with government, military, and agency requirements.
- Monitor project financials and support estimating and pricing activities.
- Lead project communication with owners, consultants, and internal teams.
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project success.
- Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

For the Federal Project Manager we are seeking:
- Experience managing federal, military, Department of Defense, or public-sector construction projects.
- Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
- Understanding of estimating, budgeting, and project cost control.
- Experience with institutional, municipal, or educational facilities preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of concrete and structural construction.
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Stable career history and commitment to long-term growth.
