Leadership is highly accessible and committed to mentoring ambitious professionals, making this an ideal environment for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager seeking long-term growth and advancement opportunities.Job DescriptionManage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $300K to $5M in value.Support active projects across several buildings on a major federal campus.Serve as a key operational leader and point of communication between field teams and executive leadership.Provide oversight and support to on-site superintendents to ensure project schedules, quality standards, and client expectations are met.Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.Conduct site walks and provide project feedback to leadership and estimating teams.Review project budgets, estimates, and line-item pricing to support project planning and execution.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.Utilize project management tools such as Procore, ProjectTeam, and MS Project.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will act as an additional leadership presence on campus, helping maintain visibility across multiple ongoing projects while supporting long-term operational growth.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
