Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise application initiatives with a strong focus on finance-related projects. This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution across internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level PM who can operate independently, take initiative, and deliver results without heavy oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of finance-related projects within enterprise applications
• Build and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Planner
• Coordinate across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
• Manage third-party vendor engagements, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Create executive-ready presentations and status decks
• Utilize Jira to track tasks, workflows, and project progress

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager (not project coordinator)
• Proven experience managing and delivering finance-related projects (e.g., financial systems, ERP enhancements, budgeting/forecasting tools, AP/AR, GL, reporting initiatives)
• Strong experience building and managing project plans for large initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Planner
• Proficiency with Jira
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications environments
• Exposure to finance systems or ERP platforms
• Ability to quickly ramp up and operate in a fast-paced environment
