About You:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, financial oversight, and delivery of a cost-plus fire protection project. This includes coordination of engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, subcontractor management, and client communication. The PM ensures the project meets contractual, safety, quality, schedule, and cost-plus transparency requirements. The role demands excellent leadership skills and precise cost control within a reimbursable contract environment. This position will be on-site in Hibbing, Minnesota.
Compensation/Benefits:Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience, plus a possible per diem/relocation allowance.
