Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our company specializes in providing temporary construction field facilities. Including but not limited to; mobile office buildings, toilets, dumpsters, portable fencing and all the services required to successfully run a construction site. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facilitating the project including scheduling, coordination, setup, operations, demobilization and budget. The ideal candidate is extremely organized an has a basic knowledge of construction site operations.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the project
Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers
Secure necessary permits and licenses.
Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
Be a direct contact to the customer and provide service as needed
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Report on progress
Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
Previous Project management experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem solver and self starter
Understanding of construction site operations
Basic knowledge of electrical service
Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and construction management software
Ability to break large projects into small steps
