We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Project Managers for the
Construction Trades to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Immediate Openings in MA & NY, Rates of $55.-$60. per hour with $1,000. Per diem.
Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve project issues efficiently and proactively.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
