Are you an experienced restoration or construction professional who can lead projects, communicate with confidence, solve problems quickly, and bring calm to chaotic situations?


Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initial scope to final completion.


This role requires someone with leadership, urgency, integrity, adaptability, and a passion for getting the job done right.

What You’ll Do


  •  Scope and estimate restoration/construction projects (Xactimate preferred) 
  •  Build accurate job budgets and repair plans 
  •  Manage labor, subcontractors, materials, and timelines 
  •  Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters 
  •  Advocate for fair and complete scopes of work 
  •  Maintain organized job files, schedules, and documentation 
  •  Lead crews with accountability and professionalism 
  •  Solve jobsite issues quickly and effectively 
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish 
What We Need From You


  •  3–5+ years in restoration, construction, or project management 
  •  Xactimate experience preferred (training available for strong candidates) 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities 
  •  Insurance claim/project estimating knowledge is a plus 
  •  Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
