We take a fully integrated approach to make our client"s vision a reality. The Neenan Company is currently looking to grow our team with an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the operational and financial success of the construction projects assigned under their responsibility. Qualifications:o Bachelor"s degree or related experienceo Min. 5 years of experience in commercial Project Management leading and managing peopleo Thorough knowledge of commercial, healthcare, education or multi-family constructiono Strong leadership skillso Ability to work in multiple software platforms efficiently, including:o Microsoft Office Suiteo Microsoft Projecto CMiCo Bluebeamo Autodesk Buildo Ability to travel in and out of state o Ability to temporarily relocate for a project if needed
