Description

• Plan and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage procurement processes, including selecting vendors and negotiating contracts.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Experience with healthcare construction projects, including planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
