Job Description
Plan and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise to minimize delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Manage procurement processes, including selecting vendors and negotiating contracts. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with healthcare construction projects, including planning and execution. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges during projects.
