Description

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage project teams and stakeholders effectively.

Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within the allocated resources.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and guide project teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
  • Essential estimating and pre-construction experience.
  • Experience delivering projects across a combination of Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Restaurant / Hospitality, Office, and Education projects
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
