Description
- Manage ground-up commercial projects valued at $50M+ from planning through completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure seamless project execution
- Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Support preconstruction efforts, cost management, and project reporting
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven experience with CMU, tilt-wall, and pre-engineered metal building projects
- Track record managing ground-up projects valued at $50M+
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with field operations
