Job Description
Nucor Rebar Fabrication Midwest is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to oversee complex construction projects from estimating to final completion. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience alongside proven construction project management experience or at least ten years as a rebar detailer.
Compensation and Benefits
$83,657.60 base salary plus annual Return on Assets (ROA) and Profit-Sharing bonuses
Paid weekly with performance bonuses, paid vacation (3 weeks after 1 year), 10 paid holidays, and 1 personal day

Job Responsibilities
Job Duties
Manage full project lifecycles from estimating to completion, coordinating detailing schedules, material deliveries, and costs with contractors, engineers, and production staff
Interpret contract documents, process change orders, and maintain compliance with company contract management guidelines
Maintain project financial controls, prepare progress and cost reports, and represent the company in client meetings while upholding strict safety standards

Job Requirements

Proficiency in applying ACI codes, CRSI standards, basic contract law, and strong mathematical principles
Demonstrated success in customer relations, dispute resolution, and managing detailing teams
