Technical PM / BA with Pharma and Sitecore experience

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Functional & Domain

• 8-12 years of experience in digital/web delivery roles, with at least:
• 3+ years in pharma/life sciences
• 3+ years working on Sitecore (or similar CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager)
• Strong understanding of:
• Digital marketing ecosystems (CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics)
• Pharma content lifecycle and MLR review processes

Technical & Delivery

• Hands-on experience with:
• Sitecore platform (content, personalization, workflows)
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Azure DevOps
• Java script
• Integration with APIs, DAM systems, and analytics tools

Stakeholder & Communication

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (business + technical audiences)
• Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery models

Roles & Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Sitecore website development and enhancement programs
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests across onshore and offshore teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards, security, and compliance requirements

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory) to gather and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support MLR review process readiness and ensure compliance with pharma content governance

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a single point of contact across:
• Client IT organization
• Business teams (Brand, Digital, Medical Affairs)
• Creative & digital agencies
• Offshore Sitecore development teams
• Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and executive updates

Delivery & Execution

• Work closely with Sitecore developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
• span>Drive Agile/Scrum execution (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos)
• Ensure content migration, personalization, and DAM integrations are delivered effectively

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory standards (GxP, MLR workflows)
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness

Education

Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $125000 - $135000 a year
