Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
  • Oversee open-store remodels and tenant improvement projects within retail, grocery, restaurant, industrial, and entertainment environments
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders across multiple active job sites
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, and reporting
  • Ensure projects remain compliant with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations
  • Communicate effectively with executives, field personnel, customers, and national retail partners
  • Support occasional night-shift project activity depending on store schedules and remodel requirements

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience working for a General Contractor
  • Strong experience supporting national retail/commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing open-store remodels, big-box retail, grocery, restaurant, or entertainment-related projects highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multi-project management abilities
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • Valid driver’s license required
