We specialize in custom ICF and gunite pools and take projects from initial design and permitting through construction and completion.We are looking for a Project Manager to help lead the successful execution of our residential pool projects. This is an opportunity for an organized, accountable construction professional who can coordinate people, schedules, materials, and customers while keeping projects moving from start to finish.What You'll DoManage residential pool construction projects from pre-construction through completionCoordinate schedules, crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and other project resourcesKeep projects moving according to established schedules and project requirementsCommunicate regularly with homeowners regarding project progress, scheduling, and next stepsCoordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure projects are ready for each phase of workMonitor job-site progress, quality, safety, and cleanlinessIdentify issues early and coordinate solutions before they affect the projectTrack project costs, materials, labor, and other project requirementsCoordinate permitting and other project requirements as neededMaintain accurate project documentation and communicate important updates to leadershipHelp ensure customers have a positive experience throughout the construction processSupport the team in delivering projects efficiently, professionally, and to Patriot Pools' quality standardsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who can take ownership of a project and keep the details moving without requiring constant oversight.You should have:Experience managing residential construction projectsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and project timelinesStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with company leadershipProfessionalism when working with homeowners, trade partners, and team membersPool construction experience is a plus, but strong residential construction project management experience may also be considered.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means projects stay organized, communication stays clear, problems are addressed early, and customers know what to expect throughout the construction process.You'll play an important role in helping Patriot Pools grow while maintaining the quality and customer experience that the company has built its reputation around.Compensation & Benefits$80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits for eligible employees may include:Performance-based bonus opportunity10 days of paid time off6 paid holidays401(k) with a 50% company match on employee contributions up to 6%$300 monthly contribution toward an insurance plan of the employee's choiceVehicle maintenance allowanceFinal benefits and eligibility are subject to Patriot Pools' current benefits program.How to ApplyIf you're interested in joining the Patriot Pools team, please submit your resume and a brief introduction sharing why you're interested in the role and how your experience could contribute to the team.We look forward to learning more about you.
