Project Manager

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in commercial construction, looking to advance their career in a vibrant and supportive environment. The successful candidate will manage multiple construction projects, ensuring that each is completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Possess 5-10+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, inspection reports, specifications, and more.
• Experience with project budgeting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of basic construction practices and project management techniques.
• Negotiate, track, and approve change orders in a timely manner.
• Manage and supervise superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Coordinate with superintendents to ensure project completion to specifications.
• Work with sensitive deadlines and travel to site-specific projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction project experience is essential.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Ability to work within a team environment, with upper management, and with subordinates.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Strong client relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make time-sensitive decisions.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
