Project Manager - Full-Service Construction
Our client provides construction management services across a wide range of commercial project types including K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, and healthcare markets. This fast growing company is one of the top general contractors in the area. The company has experienced significant growth, reaching approximately $240 million in revenue in 2025 and projecting $300 million in 2026.
Job Description
- Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
- Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
- Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
- Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through completion

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- 3-7+ years of construction project management experience
- Ability to run personal projects start to finish
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- K-12 education, higher education, municipal, office, or healthcare project experience is preferred
