Job Description

Project ManagerPlan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders. Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals and maintain a collaborative work environment.A successful Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
