Project Manager Atlanta, GA (Hybrid with 3 days work from office/ week) JD:- 37+ years of project management experience in telecommunications/broadband/data infrastructure, or network operations.
- understanding of HFC, fiber, DOCSIS, construction workflows, and service delivery processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highvolume environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
Project Leadership- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive execution of upgrades, node splits, plant extensions, commercial builds, and service delivery initiatives.
- Manage endtoend delivery of network, broadband, fiber, and infrastructure projects.
CrossFunctional Coordination- Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Operational Excellence- Utilize telecomspecific tools and workflows (e.g., CSG/ICOMS, Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure project success.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.
Compliance & Documentation- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety requirements, and local permitting regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines.
Preferred- PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with enterpriselevel PMO frameworks.
- Familiarity with permitting processes, utility coordination, or commercial service installations.
