This client is one of the fastest-growing construction firms in Southeast Wisconsin. Founded by executives from larger contractor, they are looking to add a Project Manager who wants to grow with the company for the long-haul in both responsibility and compensation. Client Overview:

- Projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors
- They do not self-perform trade work offering excellent supervisory services
- Leadership team that acts as leaders, not bosses
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Assist with scheduling, progress reporting, and maintaining project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor and materials.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify scope, accuracy, and compliance.
- Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs.
- Monitor site activities to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans.
- Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and preparation of pay applications.
- Communicate regularly with the project team, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ year of commercial construction experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act as a main point of contact for key clients
- Passion for construction
What's on Offer
- Base salary of $80K-$100K, dependent on qualifications
- Yearly bonus of 10% of base salary
- Yearly profit sharing contribution of an additional 10% of base salary
- 401(K) with 3% company match

- Mileage reimbursement for any driving to job sites
- Half-day Fridays during summer
