This client is one of the fastest-growing construction firms in Southeast Wisconsin. Founded by executives from larger contractor, they are looking to add a Project Manager who wants to grow with the company for the long-haul in both responsibility and compensation. Client Overview:

  • Leadership team that acts as leaders, not bosses

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Assist with scheduling, progress reporting, and maintaining project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor and materials.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify scope, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs.
  • Monitor site activities to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans.
  • Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and preparation of pay applications.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ year of commercial construction experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to act as a main point of contact for key clients
  • Passion for construction

What's on Offer

  • Base salary of $80K-$100K, dependent on qualifications
  • Yearly bonus of 10% of base salary
  • Yearly profit sharing contribution of an additional 10% of base salary
  • 401(K) with 3% company match

  • Mileage reimbursement for any driving to job sites
