We are currently seeking a Project Manager Geologist to manage and execute environmental investigation and remediation projects with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position located in our Ann Arbor, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Miamisburg, OH; or Independence, OH office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will:
Lead day-to-day project execution with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and health and safety. Manage the full project life cycle, including scoping, cost estimating, proposal support, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, resource planning, and financial management. Plan and manage site characterization programs, including coordination of field investigations and oversight of field teams. Evaluate and interpret geologic and site characterization data, develop conceptual site models, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives. Prepare and/or review work plans, technical reports, and regulatory submittals. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, regulators, and other stakeholders. Coach and mentor staff, review work products to support consistent quality and knowledge transfer. Plan and execute work in accordance with company and client health and safety requirements, demonstrating foundational safety behaviors.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position in Ann Arbor, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Miamisburg, OH; and Independence, OH is $100,000 - $115,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions.
