HyTechPro is looking for a skilled<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Project<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>manager<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>to oversee<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>project<\/span><\/span><\/span>s developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.In this role, the candidate will be tasked with determining<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>project<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>scope, goals, milestones, and short -term objectives for the development team.<\/span>

- The candidate will also take charge of costs, client relations, and final approval.<\/span><\/span>

  Responsibilities:<\/b>
  <\/div>
  Manage the project scope and timeline effectively, ensuring all aspects stay on track.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Develop and maintain the project schedule and management plan using Microsoft Project and other tools.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Create essential project documentation, including the vision statement, project charter, and team charter.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Apply both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) methodologies as appropriate for each project.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Design and understand use case, sequence, activity diagrams, and workflows to clarify project requirements.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog management, daily stand -ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Resolve conflicts and remove any obstacles that may impact progress.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  <\/span><\/li>
  Guide development teams to achieve higher Scrum maturity, fostering a productive environment where team members take ownership and enjoy working on the product.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  Hands on experience in creating<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>schedule and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>management plan.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  Hands on experience on Microsoft<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and other<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>management tools.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  Must have experience in creating Vision statement document,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Project<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>charter and Team charter.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  Should have experience on Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile) methodologies.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  Excellent understanding of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and workflow is must.<\/span><\/span>

  Must have PMP Certification.<\/span>
