PROJECT MANAGERAlphanumeric is hiring a Project Manager to work a hybrid schedule in Glen Allen, VA with an established organization in the financial and insurance industries. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, claims modernization, and customer experience improvements.
Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday in Glen Allen, VA
Pay Range: $60-$68/hour W2
Contract-to-Hire (target conversion around 3 months)

In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives, including legacy system modernization into PEGA solutions within the insurance claims space.We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Project Manager with strong executive communication skills and the ability to manage delivery timelines, project plans, stakeholder communications, and enterprise releases across cross-functional teams.What You'll Be Doing* Manage cross-functional enterprise projects in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
* Build detailed project plans, track milestones, and drive delivery timelines
* Coordinate Agile development efforts alongside larger Waterfall production releases
* Lead executive-level project updates and stakeholder communications
* Manage risks, dependencies, project scope, and delivery expectations
* Partner with business and technology teams on operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives
* Support legacy system modernization efforts into PEGA platforms
What We're Looking For• 5+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments
• Experience managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Proven experience interacting with VP and senior leadership stakeholders
• Strong project planning, reporting, and delivery management experience
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives
Highly Preferred• PMP Certification
• Insurance, claims, or financial services industry experience
• PEGA-related project experience or legacy modernization exposure
